Kauai the Garden Isle

Random photos from our trip to Kauai in May 2021. We made our reservations when Kawaii required a 3 day quarantine because of Covid 19. The Hilton Garden Inn was one of the locations where you could spend your 3 days so we reserved a cottage there. Of course, but the time we traveled, the quarantine had been lifted, and we had our airline reservations, etc., so we went with the flow and spent our first 3 days at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wailua. Not a bad choice - good eats and very good Mai Tai drinks and pupus at Mamahune's Tiki Bar. We got our rental car, no problem as Jane made that reservation thru Costco with Budget Rent a Car. There had been  stories of problems but we didn't have any, but we didn't go with the crowd and get the car when the aircraft landed, we got it the next day when no one else was there :) 

Then we moved to the ISO in Waipouli (which was the Mokihana of Kauai) which we have been visiting since 1980 when Jane's parents bought a timeshare there.
